The company started to become active . It wasn't much that most would notice ,little things . company had been flatline with prs for over a year any changes in filings etc mean most likely company is setting up for a run . Just never know how long until the run. once rumors started flying it was time to load up. I have a few others ill pm you if you desire . Most sitting on bid for now
