5.1 Launch Products and Solutions
ImpactPPA has developed a relationship with WindStream Technologies, Inc., an innovative leader in creating low-cost, highly efficient renewable energy solutions for urban and rural environments, both on- and off-grid. Partnership with this forward-looking company is designed to bring an immediate stream of revenue.
ImpactPPA and WindStream recently agreed to an MOU that grants ImpactPPA the right to sell and promote the WindStream products globally where pre- existing agreements will not cause conflict or confusion in the marketplace. These rights include the sharing of long term revenue streams secured under PPA agreements with governments, utility companies, or project developers for greater than 183MW’s of clean energy. The parties currently working on the finalization of the definitive strategic partnership agreement.
