Ok, so if they take the 40% discount, based on .001 ( also explains why no dilution yesterday) they get 200k worth of shares based on .006 (33.3 Million) , or I assume the 200k.. if stock is given, it will not show as volume. They will simply be created / handed over.
From their perspective I would still want the 200k. With RS etc + more dilution ongoing, .006 is not a great deal.
