Yes, DTCC Chill on VMGI confirmed. Feel free to ask the lame TDA to post the DTC important notice that, if the Chill was lifted, notified the public that there was a resumption of services for the Chilled entity VMGI.
I could not find the DTC notice, but would definitely be interested to see if someone can post a link to the notice.
