I strongly disagree. I view it as re-assessment and re-alignment of the business model with available resources......which is a damn good thing....and about damn time.
Cost cutting to such a degree is giving the new "experienced" CEO (unlike DO) elbow room to flex his leadership and deal-making muscles.
The guy could seriously surprise us with a healthy deal.
