RVLT...60MINUTE...trying to turn UP...this is an intraday "bounce"...price would need to get above $4.15 to be comfortable... 60minute wants a cycle UP... Daily Daily...focus is on CCI 20 centerline...to get daily chart on your side CCI 20 needs to reverse UP above CCI centerline or Price will get oversold CCI and reverse UP from the oversold level. So its still early...and need mooore volume... 20day average is at $4.15
