India is one of the worlds most corrupt nations, and the indian government is very well known for refusing to honour commercial contracts esp when it comes to the financial obligations.

Well it is corrupt!! No doubt!! . The politician there is the most conniving and corrupt, they only care about themselves...that said, modi is on shakey ground with an election coming up early next year...he is an expert at empty promises and gimmicks..if WSPI has a viable and cost effective product..that will be gimmickery for modi so he can fool the people that he is working hard for them ...but fortunately it will be a win for the poor of india and WSTI...
