You are so correct Milo, and MM manipulation on the OTC is rampant. Impossible to actually ID the MM on small orders as they love to bait both sides and never show accurate depth. Very large orders become evident who the MM is and is used very often to trick buyers and sellers as to support and resistance levels. It's easy to see with large orders multiple MM's picking the order up. Not so evident on box trades. All or none makes it much easier to see who holds all or the majority of the order
