No need news.. Its already said in the chairman letter.. CEO said they only release the shareholder letter once a year.. CEO has status to me that they are getting close to Merger/Uplist but wont say anything more.. Beta tester will received hp sock next week or so.. Once the beta tester done and they will release the product around june 20th. CEO also said they are not going increase A/S and WILL NOT R/S..
I said IMO. No one knows how he is going to uplist but all signs point to a merger IMO. I have posted this before. I could be wrong but I doubt it. Its how they went public initially and it makes sense. Its quick, doesnt require a rs which we know he hates and it can be with a OB/QX/NYSE company at a higher price. Its actually quite smart
