#103825 RE: CEOs #103801

Technically, that claim is totally, and completely incorrect, in fact it is 100% false.

MMEX has completed a caliche road, fenced, to match the terms of the UTLands easement agreement. Prior to that "herculean" effort, MMEX installed a flagpole.

No other site prep work has been done - doing so would require registering a notice of construction with TCEQ, and applying for, and being granted a SWPP. MMEX has no such documents on file, nor are there any from contractors associated with that site.

Even for a rudimentary topping unit, there is significant site prep required - grading, providing drainage, excavating and compacting for footers, construction of berms for OSBL equipment, excavation for holding and evaporation ponds, excavating footers for pipe racks, prep for rail bed, etc.

MMEX has not started, or completed any of that work. The caliche road, and flagpole, installed in Mad J.'s druid circle is the only work that's been done on the site.

Whatever work is "due" will not get done, unless, and until MMEX obtains project financing, now about $70-million - and that will not happen.

Technically that is correct. A good portion of the groundwork was done and I believe more should be due soon mmex
