I cannot think of being investor (or share owner even for flipping reasons) of company whose CEO needs bodyguards to protect himself from... the shareholders! This speaks in volume.

I cannot think of a viable and responsible company that does not / cannot furnish financials, especially this long.

At this point of time and until/if one day company provides audited numbers, Grifco is nothing other than a fairy tale.

I posted on this board a few times in the past that I was watching this company, the reactions of its shareholders as well as so-called not shareholders but those cannot help thempselves to come here so often and argue with shareholders. It is like a soap opera. What a circus!

I am not a genius myself but certainly smart and experienced enough not to have any shares of this company.
