I only know one thing for sure, and that is, there is, and going to be a big shortage of affordable homes. Article on CNBC about the matter yesterday. ASCKD will be welcome to the market with open arms.

Get the state and local Gov involved and ASCKD will be the answer to everyones dreams, including shareholders.

This is my favorite play atm. Anyone who sold or didn't buy triple ones will be left out. .05s will be very hard to get. And lower will be a unicorn moment imo.

Below .05 is shell company prices. Just can't see it myself.
