Progress in challenges at PTAB. There is going to be bad news eventually coming in the '494 challenge.
I said it before... dead money is the most one can hope for here and the price hasn't moved on dismal volume. Going to tank when the '494 gets invalidated. Nobody wants to sign a license deal until challenges play out. People who have a $80M cash figure in mind are going to freak when they see how low it is next 10-Q.
This needs to go much lower before I will consider trading it again. Much more downside potential than upside.
