The Wisealerts.com "opinion" is hardly pumping. lol They don't exactly give a warm and fuzzy overview of FLPC. They point out the risks of a penny stock. The definition of a "pump" is an investor or group of investors who buy low and then start touting the stock so they can sell into a run of higher prices and leave others holding the bag who bought at higher prices.
The most likely and reasonable explanation for the rise from .0004 to .0016 in a year is the activity at FLPC and those investors who have called and asked about the goings on there. Nobody is running for the exits. I expect more buys and a higher share price once the audit is completed and signed off on. Anyone who disagrees is more than welcome to seek out other investments.
