Maybe in the next 10 years but not anytime soon. Venezuela is a mess. Nobody wants to do buziness there. COP reclaimed a bunch of operations and oil exec's are being arrested on corruption charges (false, imo).

POTUS wants Russia back in the G6 + 1 + 1 - 1. Appears the Ruskies are the only ones who can make up for oil supplies from Iran due to sanctions.
