LOL. The big catalyst is always “on the horizon.” Such BS.

The reality is we all know why the RS happened (and was necessary). The ISSUE is the CEO misled investors by stating an alternative rationale for the RS. He needs to be truthful. He misleads at best. The SEC filings say it all so he cannot be called a “liar” but he’s a slippery fellow and that is undeniable.

Today, a 2nd tranche, resulting in dilution. A nice positive PR and filing early in the week about finally planting seeds in Nevada, followed by dilution today. Be careful where you put your money folks.
