This would truly be a miracle if NEWC would get their environmental permit and file the Form 10 both before July. Worth saying a little prayer that this all might be true.
I think All Share Holders of "NEWC" should also be given Sannabis shares if & when that becomes a Real company for pain & suffering too. These Audit excuses are stalling tactics for covering up dirt

i cant say about cannabis,but the rest of the communication is very plausible-Campo doesnt gain anything by making false statements- the derivatives whatever no doubt were very complicated and auditors are the most --- retentive people in the world by design
if auditors are satisfied w the reconciliation should not take long at all
just replying so others can see the report from campo without fishing thru posts
dont know if legal has looked over the final accounting -they usually dont til auditors are done then once legal is done-report can be forwarded to the specialist attorneys for form 10 etc
and that all assumes auditors agree w accountants without asking further questions
just to remind, as per this the accounting should be done for all years- i have an accounting degree and auditors are the most thorough people you will meet.
They often contact parties the business has had business with several times over months if need to be to get an answer plus w complicated derivatives its possible for auditors to demand info several times. Its their reputation on the line.
It is also normal for Land use issues to be delayed-experienced that also in decades of land use planning.
as far as i know there is no statute of limitations running and as long as he keeps communicating and making promises that keeps the time periods open for redress of grievances imo

did anybody ever verify the law firm was working on the form 10?
