#384 RE: MaineMan5 #383

I'm hoping management waits til the stock moves up at least 50-100% from here before they do an offering. Would be foolish to give away so many shares in the $1's when there's no rush to do so, as they're profitable now and the debt isn't due til Aug 2019. If they continue to crank out quarters similar to the last one, we'll see MOSY climb to the $2's, $3's, $4's, etc.

Management here seems pretty sharp so I don't think they'd do a large offering at these low prices (even though I agree the stock would STILL be cheap if they did). The $10M offering has been out there since at least last October. This filing is from 10/19/17:

There hasn't been any share offering since that filing last October. It looks like the last offering they did was on 6/30/17. For 1,325,000 shares at $1.70 and 662,500 warrants at $2.35. This was a brilliant move by management as the stock had been trading below .75 only a few weeks earlier! And even though MOSY was losing millions of dollars every quarter back then...they still kept dilution minimal. Great sign imo.

MOSY should have some fantastic looking comps coming up. If we see revenues & profits continue to climb, and management is smart about any offering, I think this stock has multi-bagger potential from the $1's.
