I dont know if he voluntarily chose to not keep updated with the filings ,but hasnt posted one since april and we have another one due in about 30 days . If he chooses to become "non reporting" I think we will lose our symbol and of course any filings required. its probably because he has soo many and much reviseing to do to get the numbers the SEC knows are good. with 25+ companies to keep track of,his world is just a paper shuffle. then to go back and make it look acceptable ,when the first set of numbers were picked from the sky to deceive investors . how and where do you find "real" numbers then?Evary day the reports are late is a seperate violation so he's digging a hole he cant get out of . ( the fraud has been exposed)

Stef07: What do you suggest shareholders should do about this no
reporting? I have lost my confidence in this CEO even though the ATOS deal is progressing, PRHL could have had a bright future with an acquisition. With no filings and a recent downgrade, PRHL does look like it might not survive. Something doesn't make sense and any negative news the filings may show does not compare to the damage the lack of filings and downgrade does.

Stef07: Long ago I heard that everything would be done and reported by the end of June. I will wait till then before I become negative.
I expect the reporting to be brought up to date and I expect the Newco deal to be completed and announced and I expect the dividend to be announced. Now that's a lot of expecting but let's give this puppy a chance. Let's make June 30th the deadline for PRHL to make its promises come come true.
