21st Century Payment Data Services (Systems) is in the load and re-loadable prepaid card business and authorized to us MC & Visa logos.

A payment-pal for 2 billion world-wide non-banked consumers is somewhere in the cards. Prepaid PayPal cards can allow billions of consumers to network in the fast-lane.
