I feel bad for whoever Robert Stevens ripped off and tricked into buying the shell. The shell has absolutely no value. It was part of an SEC Complaint and criminal Indictment (Gregg R. Mulholland).
The shell will be impossible to ever use for anything in the future. No way that FINRA ever approves any corporate actions here and no way the SEC would ever let the shell register any stock.
The only value the dirty VLNX shell would have is if the new shell owner decides to use it to create unregistered free trading stock through debt conversions to illegally dump into the market.
Another blunder and embarrassment for the SEC that the VLNX shell was allowed to continue trading so that it could be used for more stock manipulation as a hijacked shell.
JAMES B FRACK - the person that bought the VLNX shell - is involved in some other dirty shells too:
I'm betting Frack got the shell from Stevens for next to nothing since it is essentially worthless. Possibly James Frack is just looking to flip the shell to some poor sap that has no idea that the shell is actually worthless and quite possible the dirtiest shell on the market today.
