More importantly what is the current public share float. OS is a good indicator of dilution, but the public share float is more important to the actual shares on the market available.
If the share float is only say 500 million that is less shares on the market than 1.4 billion. Those remaining shares are held in the company treasury i imagine. Then the remaining 900 million could be sold on the market by the company at a higher price to fill their coffers, but will cause more dilution.
However if hte price is rising and people are happy about their investment, this will then just give more capital for hte company to keep its plans going.
In otcmarkets public share float isn't showing like it does for other companies.
