Pure Speculation. No-one knows what has happened since their last Fin Report period ending Sep. 30th, 2017. We will all find soon. New CEO, and majority shareholder picked up 0003's in the Millions and Millions of shares. Buyback and share retirement to create value is my opinion. That is my speculative theory.
