Agree but you do not use twitter as a pumping station and that is what it appears they have done... we get nothing today or tomorrow that tweet is getting sent to the SEC... not sure they will give a crap but it will none the less hit someones desk there.
SEC has been diligent in going after OTC stock that use fluff PR's or forward looking statements on social media to move the price of their stock... this tweet took it up from 0016 to 0022 not a milestone but enough movement to have created several hundred thousand dollars when talking in multi million shares being moved.
