jufel: Going dark.

I took some time to review the pros and cons of going dark. They are listed here.

https://www.dorsey.com/newsresources/publications/2009/03/going-dark--voluntary-delisting-and-deregistrati__

The company has talked quite a bit about acquisitions and mergers. One of the PROs with going dark is that it allows for an easier acquisition.

"The company will have greater freedom to explore possible extraordinary corporate transactions."

The main benefit or PRO is that there is now "significantly lower operating costs and management time commitment for compliance and reporting activities. Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is also no longer needed."

Also, they cannot issue more shares while they are dark.

With such few shares now, we are a target to be acquired. Hopefully, we can command $1/share.
