By the sound of your posting I can see how your doltish business sense and charming personality got you screwed by Simmonds and his gang. Poor baby - it must hurt. I am far from a Simmonds lover and I just wanted to share some information I knew. Again, don't gloat - the crown is having a rough time with some of the charges thats why they downgraded Simmonds charges and Weiler walked. The other problem is that is going to be extremely difficult to find a jury that understands the business jargon and can keep their eyes open while listening to dry testimony. My understanding is that Weiler doesn't have to testify - they simply did not have enough evidence. Not a good sign!
