Awhile back I asked you if you did a PP or your friends? You said "NO". Now you say you were the PP investor. You are here daily trying to protect Bruce, the company and Doubloon. Wait until you try to convert those #144 shares and can't. To end you likely could have bought loose shares, unrestricted, out of the market but then again you couldn't sell them except for a big loss.
