Thank you for your efforts. 95% of posts here are either shorts or handful of jackasses simply trying to scare people away to dump shares and then they buy. There are numerous tacticle issues and moving parts behind the scenes we are not privy to until they are complete. It's not just the financials, it's probably reorganization, completing agreed upon joint ventures, debt refinancing, acquisitions / mergers ect. Any premature release of associated information can be construed as manipulating pps for their own good and that is not going to happen. I'm certain confidentiality agreements are in place hence no news. Once everything is decided, SGMD will come forth and only then will critics be silenced. I don't think Jimmy was full of BS, I think he got caught up with the potential growth of SGMD and spoke to soon. Let's just call it lack of business acumen and that most likely has been addressed as well. There is no reason at all to sell / give away your shares. Turn your computer / tablet off and come back in 4-6 weeks.
