last bcit trade was 15 cents. but there have been some arbitration 'victories' at higher amounts. have you received any sense of where they may be willing to land, as you once mentioned last trade plus interest. plus interest after 12 and a half years adds up to quite a lot.
if the DTC has even opened talk about possible settlement amounts, that is a very positive sign.
