So you have the unsolicited OTC trading ticker which is grey no bid/ask.

If you want to trade on a Canadian exchange, Fildelity charges $19.00

The MMEN OTC ticker is also not DTC eligible, so Fidelity will charge $50 to settle manually, BUT TDAmeritrade eats that costs for its clients.
