#63159 RE: DFLY #63155

Yes I know. I'd rather not say. I'm a former U.S. Marine and being accused of lying and a fraud was tough to swallow. I'm in the process of selling my shares and I will move on. When you can't get a straight answer from a publicly traded company and then be accused of lying and not even being a shareholder, you have to run for the door! I am not a CPA, but did go to college for accounting and finance, if a company makes an investment it shows up on the balance sheet as an asset. If the company later disposes of the investment it shows up on the P&L statement as income or loss. If I can't find that on the financial statements then the company is lying to the public at best, committing fraud at worst.
