There have been no required filings of any kind.

... except for the 2016 Q4 10-Q,
all of the 2017 10-Qs,
the 2018 10-Q,

and of course the 2016 and 2017 10-Ks.

The fact that none of these were filed by Greenshift is the reason why I filed a formal complaint with the SEC a couple of months ago.

I got an immediate acknowledgement of my complaint (which I shared here).

I also got a reply from the SEC (which I also shared here.

Now I need Greenshift to formally tell the investors, large and small, about the financial condition of this company and any material events that may have transpired since the third quarter of 2015. That would include any new licensing deals and the disposition of the Greenshift shares that were owned by Bitzio at that time.
