You are correct in your theory. Notice that the 3/4 million farm revenues from 2017 never hit the income statement yet the cash generated from those crops were used to pay off toxic loans.


They have structured the Huy Fong deal so that revenues will appear on income statement in 2018-2019. At least that is what Jan indicated in one of his PR's earlier this year.
