- Present via CourtCall: Robert Chen, Petitioner. Having reviewed the Petition and the exhibits attached thereto, and the Petitioner having submitted on the pleadings, COURT ORDERED the instant Petition was hereby GRANTED . Upon Court's inquiry, Mr. Chen advised that he would need approximately three to six months to submit a report to the Court. COURT ORDERED that Mr. Chen would be REQUIRED to file a REPORT with the Court every FOUR (4) MONTHS concerning custodianship of Vidaroo Corporation, for as long as the custodianship remains active, with the first report being DUE by July 30, 2018.
