So the insiders that the 2 million shares where sold to were not insiders of Inventus (as I had wrongly assumed), but rather insiders of Endurance - Arnold Ross and Richard Gilliam.

So the insiders of Endurance see significant value in Inventus, though their company obviously needs the cash badly if they have to dispose of their IVS shares.
