We have several patent applications pending. Being granted a patent is a process and almost all initial applications are rejected partially and have to be amended, often more than once. A final rejection is what you're referring to and OWCP has not received any final rejections to date to my knowledge. Hopefully we will be hearing of a patent being granted soon.
