looks like they plan to issue more than they could without the increases to the AS and preferred class.

It also looks like the purpose of ceo and coo acquiring more shares recently was to have a voting majority for this AS increase without having to bring in anymore entities than they did for the vote.

So.... big acquisition on the way? Merger? More paychecks? CEO ATM? Mama needs a new pair of shoes?

issue around a takeover attempt?

now that the stock is this cheap they have to issue way more than they planned on to execute their plan?
