LOL! Hardly - this isn't Federal - he's going to the State of California prison system or the overflow in county jails per 'realignment' of Jerry Moonbeam several years ago. There there is no Club Fed in the California Dept of Corrections (CDC)- one's putt in with murderers, rapists, armed robbers, gang members, and drug dealers (of whom CONvictEd may know many personally already!).

The new MYEC HQ in the California state prison system and county jail system overflow housing under "prison realignment" of about 10 years ago is nott gonna be a pretty or safe place. 'Realignment' has turned our county jails into mini state prisons housing violent felons, gang thugs, and everyone except those on Death Row in San Quentin.
CONvictEd might gett Club Fed later for Federal securities fraud, butt that's after he serves his State time in DaHole.
Anvil - you might be right, butt I don't see why DaJudge would remand him into custody immediately - although that Nevada drivers license shirley won't hepp CONvictEd's attorney from arguing he's nott a flight risk, given his abuse of the personal identification system already to flout the law and a court order.
