In most cases I would agree, however this is killing the stock. I guess I should be happy and buy more. The problem with that is I used my powder to oversubscribe to HELP the company get cash and not buy on the open market.

That being said,

I'd much rather they spend on the well and on it alone and I'm perfectly content for the short artists to get their just dues as a matter of natural market forces. Waste no money on shorters.

A lawsuit filed for defamation will make these dishonest people think twice. The lawsuit could cost just a few 10's of thousands and would put them on notice. You would not have to take it all the way and give the monies to lawyers. What we are doing now is killing them with silence and watching our company bleed. Also it would bring some peace to those that watch these shenanigans be met with nothing. There is no incentive for them to stop.
