Since you must all realize that a 20:1 split would result in the price being 1/20th as much, what is the fascination with stock splits all about?

Just buy the $ amount you are comfortable with and go for it.

Admittedly, a single share of Berkshire may be above most people's comfortable limit, and maybe that is even the case with AMZN and Google, but not Microsoft at the current share price.
