Yes they are pete, but your not (LOL)... we were talking about filings... they are behind in 2 filings. Sometimes you need to read the previous posts to know what the one your replying to is about... I should have said they need to be current in their filings... The whole conversation was about us rebuking the idea a poster had that DSGT would most likely do a reverse split... FINRA will not ok a RS when a company is not current with its filings.
