My thinking is that Dan Patience was approached by someone to put it ( CSSI ) together. I have a feeling that he/they have done many others so they know the ropes and procedures to pump/dump the new shell. Tell all friends/family/insiders to get in low , run it, and dump it. I was ask to buy $5k into CSSi before a run but the run never came. I did not put a penny. For these guys its like a puppy mill. I was told by ME Resources Chand that Dan had made them a lot of $ in the past. Whatever that means.? I would assume they had an inside tract to buy low on other pumps and then dump. I tried to keep the channels of communication open but as time went on I smelled dead fish. If my connections had invested a few million dollars it would have vanished . No moral compass. Now w/o a bid/ask we can't even trade for a tax loss. No market. Should have sold a long time ago at .0001 to salvage a few $'s and maybe reinvest in a real co. Time for fraud charges.
