Not really concerned with short term for this name. The product is at the right place at the right time, and we have a salesman selling. He blows it occasionally, and say's things he shouldn't at times, but sales are happening, and in a rapid fashion. By the end of the year q's will be out of the ball-park with revenues showing up. And yes, by the time the annual comes around he better have the audit! He would have had one year to pay past bills/make it right. Anyone that knows the OTC knows the annual is audit time. He blew it this past year, and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but the next one is a different story. I expect full disclosure, and a completed audit by then.
