You're absolutely right to question management - this board should be a discussion forum on both positive and negative aspects of this company, or otherwise it's useless. My take on it is that Petar expects to receive the financials by the end of this week, and if he has time to review them and present them to us at that point, he will do so. I'm sure he has any number of competing projects which demand his time, and if in his opinion one of those is more important than reviewing and releasing the financials (e.g., developing a money-making deal, et. al.) he will prioritize his projects accordingly.

One thing everyone needs to remember is that he is the only one who has all the facts and sees the whole field - we see only part of it, and we must entrust him to do the best thing at any given time to develop our company. That is what he is paid for, and I'm sure he has enough incentive through his shareholdings to have the same interests at heart as do we.

I prefer to thank Petar for bringing so much profit into my portfolio instead of criticizing him endlessly. Who wouldn't? The guy has single handedly brought the stock from .003 to its current price in 7 months. A percentage gain matched by very few in the entire stock market this year. Some may see that as an easy no brainer thing to accomplish while running a growing business. I certainly do not. Why anyone would make that kind of profit and endlessly criticize a few weeks delay in auditing is beyond my understanding.

Anything green before the audit is a great thing to me. It shows technical as well as fundamental confidence.

Those who have flipped in and out and missed the tremendous run by focusing on the daily negative musings of this board, is who I feel sorry for. Understanding deep pessimism while achieving tremendous stock success has always perplexed me though.
