WRONG!!
A division is a part of a business corporation or entity which usually represent a certain segment of the companys business and all divisions have shared liability
A subsidiary is a separate corporate entity, distinct from its parent in risk/liability etc.. This is what defines Glenmark USA - a separate company from Glenmark Ltd
