I am safe and sound and have a home in Santa Cruz (where I am currently) Our procrastination (and wanting to keep our Santa Cruz home) ended up being a good thing. Ilse's pond and homes (in picture)were taken out during the night, and Champagne Ponds are being covered this morning. Vacationland(the neighboring community) and Wai o Pae tide pools are still standing. I am hoping they make it.
