I think we're close to finish line! I think they sell subsidiary maybe this week, to create a clean position to NC to RM CytRx with ALDOX. SK & Eric behind a BP will become owners of Centurion, (SK insists to LADR), CytrX will get some cash cca. $60 M by HCW estimated value. Paying back Hercules loan CytRx will be ready to give it to Soon. We'll be smarter seeing proxy, what proposals we have to vote in August. (after expiring $3.03 warrants, and NC 15% ownership block). My brain likes to see simple relations between facts & interests. Soon has to find wich is the lowest SP that majority of SHs would accept voting the RM. (IMO it's less then all MS & estimated royalties togehter.)
Exiting days, Sabby helps to SP keeping down, HCW will get $$$ organising Centurion deal, finally we small retails could get some morsel too!
Other scenario?
