Just a guess but Helios,Japan buying huge am't of shares and the earlier announced agreement with them ( $100mil, $10 mil up front ) has been completed and signed.
Or, another big investment is being made by another company or group.
Again, just a guess.
If the latest move comes with no positive news, then it's overbought and could give a little back . That would be a buying opportunity.
