No funder is going to fund a REG A at .01 when the underlying stock share price is .009 or less.

This is simply the STARTING TRANCHE PRICE of the funding.
There is nothing preventing re-pricing as the stock moves up with Company Progress.

If A Reg A Funder is buying at .005 Outright, I would only assume IMO that they would want to sell considerably higher to acct for fees and costs for legal.

Its GREAT news because if it was priced any higher they probably wouldnt fund.

ALL IMO Of Course.
