court case was back in april, this board did not know about it
til last day of may.... thanks to skyfull, street...

thanks prophet for your update, much appreciated.... i think the potential here has more to do with new mgmt (mr chen) and not old mgmt (mr morgan)

i like our chances with vida.... especially with the fact that

we WILL know before 7/30... what mr chens intentions are with

this stock....
